Registration Fees

       * Early registration until April 28th, 2012.
       (1) Participants must provide evidence of this status at the conference desk.

Cancellation

   All cancellation requests need to be made via e-mail to info@pervasivedisplays.org on or before the 4 May 2012. Cancellation requests made by that date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees (less a €50 administrative fee). Requests for refunds after the cancellation cut-off date will not be granted.

Author Registration

   Author registration deadline is 11:59pm GMT, April 28th, 2012. Each accepted paper (paper, video, poster) has to have at least one author registered as a full (non-student) or ACM member participant.
   The goal of the syposium is to bring together researchers with a common interest on the opportunities and challenges raised by the emergence of pervasive display systems. Thus, a full registration covers only one accepted paper. In case of multiple papers with a single registered author an extra fee of 100 Eur will be charged.

Visa

   Visa request letters will be sent only to authors that will present a paper (paper, video, poster) and will be sent only after their registration and payment are completed.

Discounted Registration Fee

   A discounted registration fee is available for members of the ACM. Discounts are also available for students (see table above).
