Conference Venue

The Symposium will take place in the beautiful city of Porto (Oporto) in Portugal, considered by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

The Symposium will take place at Fundação Engenheiro António de Almeida, on 4-5 June 2012.
The Foundation is located in a privileged place, the Boavista zone.

The buildings of the Foundation are surrounded by large gardens with trees and parking facilities. They have been used for innumerous cultural activities, such as conferences, congresses, music recitals, etc. Several pieces collected by its founder can be found at Foundation Engenheiro António de Almeida Museum.
